摘 要: 本文对几组不同配比的ASA/SAN共混体系的性能进行了研究。结果发现,SAN的加入改善了ASA/SAN共混体系的部分力学性能,随着SAN的增加,体系的拉伸强度、弯曲强度明显地提高,而体系的冲击强度则是随SAN含量的增加而单调地下降,同时,体系的熔体流动速率和维卡软化点温度也是随着SAN含量的增加而得到明显的提高。 The ASA/SAN alloys of different blending ratio were studied in this paper. The results showed that the addition of SAN can improve some of the mechanical properties of ASA/SAN, the tensile strength,flexural strength increased with increasing SAN content, but the impact strength deceased. Meanwhile, the melt mass-flow rate and the vicat softening temperature increased as the SAN content increased.
