摘 要: 针对糠醛在润滑油精制过程中热稳定性及抗氧化性差,体系中界面张力小,易产生乳化等主要问题,在φ100mm转盘塔中进行了两项强化措施的试验研究:①在糠醛中加入抗氧化剂 2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(DBPC);②在原料油中加入破乳剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBSS)。研究结果表明,在试验条件下,上述两项强化措施可改善精制效果并提高精制油收率,DBPC和DBSS的最适宜加入量(占糠醛的质量分数)均为0.02%。 In view of the problems of per thermal stability, poor oxidation resistance, low interfacial tension and easiness to emulsify etc. in lube-oil furfural refining, studies by taking the following intensifying measures were carried out in a φ100 mm rotating disc tower: (1) Addition of antioxidant 2, 6- Di - tert- butyl-pare-cresol (DBPC) into furfural; (2)Addition of demulsifier dodecyl benzenesuifonate (DBSS) into feedstock. The results showed that under the test conditions, the above two intensifying measures can improve the effect of refining and increase the yield of refined oil. For both DBPC and DBSS, the suitable concentrations were all 0.02% in wt. of the furfual.
