摘 要: 针对目前装备领域对各类减速装置的特殊要求,为系统高效地开发出适合特殊需要的各种减速装置,对减速器发展的历史沿革进行研究,从结构上系统地对各类减速器进行新的类别归属。从创新思维的角度提出对基于运动学、动力学、结构学等方面对减速器的减速器原理分为四类的新方法。并对基于斜面逆螺旋减速器原理、圆周游标减速器原理、柔轮变形和工质变性减速原理的各类减速器特点、存在问题进行分析。同时,结合工程实际和应用领域对各类特殊减速器进行创新思维来源探索和创新实践分析。结果表明,按照新的分类方法对各种减速器创新的系统化分类研究,可以多角度地为各类减速器纵向创新研究和工程需求提供新的思路,也便于为不同类别减速装置的减速特点进行横向对比研究。 Targeted at the special requirements of various speed reduction devices in the equipment field,in order to systematically and efficiently develop a variety of speed reduction devices for special needs,the historical development of speed reducers are investigated and structurally innovative characteristic and rules are categorized systematically.A new research method is advanced from the perspective of creative thinking,which divided speed reducers into four categories based on the kinematics,dynamics and structural theory.Meanwhile,innovative thinking sources exploration and innovative practice analysis are implemented by research on problems with a variety of speed reducers and engineering practices which combined with such speed reduction principles as reverse spiral bevel,circle venire,fleshliness deformation and functional material.The results indicate that the systematic classification research on speed reducers' innovation can provide some comprehensive and novel thinking for the future speed reducers research and application and also facilitate horizontal comparison study on different categories of speed reducer devices.
