节流阀开度对自复叠制冷循环冷凝蒸发器换热性能影响的试验研究

摘  要: 冷凝蒸发器的换热性能对自复叠制冷循环的性能具有显著影响,试验研究节流阀开度对冷凝蒸发器换热性能影响的规律,结果表明:自复叠制冷循环中冷凝蒸发器的损失是换热器中最大的,通过调节主流节流阀和支流节流阀的开度可以减小冷凝蒸发器换热过程的损失,冷凝蒸发器的换热窄点出现在端部,主流节流阀开度对冷凝蒸发器损失的影响比支流节流阀的要显著,稳定工况下,存在一组使冷凝蒸发器的损率最小的主流节流阀开度和支流节流阀开度。 The heat transfer performance of condenser-evaporator has a significant impact on the performance of auto-cascade refrigeration cycle.Effects of openings of throttle valves on condenser-evaporator heat transfer performance of auto-cascade refrigeration cycle are studied experimentally.The results show that the exergy loss of condenser-evaporator is the biggest one in heat exchangers of auto-cascade refrigeration cycle,which can be reduced by adjusting the openings of main and tributary throttle valves.There is a pinch point at either cold end or hot end of condenser-evaporator.Effect of the opening of main throttle valve on the exergy loss of condenser-evaporator is more significant than that of tributary throttle valve.There are a set of openings of main and tributary throttle valves that minimize the exergy loss of condenser-evaporator under steady operation condition.
