摘　　要： 探讨了在图书馆管理中运用换位思考的作用,阐述了在图书馆中开展换位思考的做法,提出了开展换位思考所需要注意的事项。 This paper probes into the effect of the application of perspective taking in library management, expounds some measures for developing the perspective taking in library management, and puts forward some maters needing attention in developing the perspective taking.
