摘 要: 通过OM、TEM、SEM和EDS等方法对供货态、正火态和正火+回火态T23钢试样的显微组织结构进行了分析。通过对比不同状态T23钢显微组织结构特征,探讨了T23钢的强化机理。研究结果显示,正火态T23钢为粒状贝氏体组织,以固溶强化、M/A小岛的弥散强化,以及粒状贝氏体基体的晶界和亚结构的强化作用为主,同时微量B也起到一定程度的强化作用;正火+回火状态T23钢为回火粒状贝氏体组织,大部分M/A组元分解消失,沉淀相大量沉淀析出,第2相主要为M23C6和MX,回火不充分的情况下会有亚稳过渡相M3C和M7C3型碳化物存在,强化机理包括固溶强化、沉淀强化,以及贝氏体基体的晶界和亚结构等强化作用。 Microstructure and strengthening mechanisms of T23 steel used for superheater tube has been investigated by means of carbon replica method,transmission electron microscopy,SEM and EDS.The results showed that the microstructure of T23 by normalizing processing is granular bainite.For granular bainite steel,not only grain boundary and substructure strengthening,solution strengthen,but also dispersion strengthening of M/A island are effective.The microstructure of T23 under tempered after normalizing conditions is tempered granular bainite.For tempered granular bainite steel,The major portion of M/A islands decompose into carbide and ferrite.And a great deal of fine granular deposited MX phase precipitate in the intragranular and intergranular fields of T23 steel.The strengthening mechanism of T23 steel include the solution strengthening,grain boundary and substructure strengthening and the precipitation strengthening plays a significant role in strengthening mechanism.
