摘　　要： 随着分工的深化,供应链进一步拉长,贸易规模和交易频率不断提高,致使资金需求规模急剧扩大,而传统的赊销模式将资金压力和风险推给了供应链中上游的众多中小企业,加大了供应链的运作成本,甚至造成供应链中断。只有对物流、信息流和资金流进行一体化整合、同步化运作,才能从根本上解决这一问题。在深入剖析UPS对快乐脚公司的商务同步化运作的基础上,对我国供应链金融提出几点借鉴。 With the deepening of division,supply chain＇s being further extended,trade size＇s expanding and trading frequency＇s rising result in a rapid expansion of the scale of funding needs.At the meantime,the traditional credit mode transfers the financial pressures and risks to many SMEs in the upstream of supply chain,which will increase the operating costs or even cause the disruption of the supply chain.Only when logistics,information flow and fund flow have been integrated and operated with synchronization,can the problem be solved fundamentally.On the basis of analyzing UPS＇s synchronization of business operation to Happy Feet thoroughly,this paper will make a number of recommendations for China＇s supply chain finance.
