摘 要: 文章站在经济学的角度分析了博士后的劳动供给和合作导师的劳动及投资供给,阐述了经济收入对提高博士后和合作导师工作积极性、激励合作导师加大投资力度的重要意义,提出了提高博上后培养质量的政策建议:提高博士后待遇水平,按权利与义务对应原则建立科学的分配制度,将博上后与合作导师视为一个整体打造责任共同体和利益共同体,促进博上后与合作导师的共同进步。 In this paper,we analyzed the relationships between the labor supply of postdoctors and the labor and investment supply of their supervisors at the point of view of economics,expatiated the roles of financial income in enhancing working enthusiasms of postdoctors and their supervisors and in prompting the increase of investment strength of their supervisors,then provided some suggestions in order to improve postdoctoral training quality.These suggestions are mainly as follows:increasing the postdoctoral salary,establishing a scientific distribution system according to the corresponding rights and obligations,forming a community of obligation and interest between postdoctors and their supervisors,and promoting their joint progress.
