顶空-气质联用内标法检测印刷油墨中的苯及苯系物
Determination of Benzene,Toluene,Ethylbenzene and Xylene(BTEX) in Printing Ink by Headspace-GC/MS with Internal Standard

摘  要: 建立了一种以氟苯为内标,利用顶空-气相色谱质谱联用技术测定印刷油墨中苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻、间、对-二甲苯(BTEX)的方法,此方法BTEX的定性检出限为0.02~0.05μg/g,平均回收率在96%~103%之间,RSD〈6%。同时利用此方法对不同颜色的UV印刷油墨和凹印油墨中BTEX成份进行分析,结果表明,两类不同颜色的印刷油墨样品中均检测出一定量的苯及苯系物残留,但UV印刷油墨中BTEX成分含量总体低于普通凹印油墨,另外,不同颜色的油墨中BTEX成分的含量不同,其中普通凹印红色油墨中BTEX残留总量最高,而在UV印刷油墨中,黑色油墨的BTEX残留总量最高。 An analytical method to determine benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylene(BTEX) in printing ink by headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/MS) using fluorobenzene as an internal standard(ISTD) was presented.Results indicated that the limit of detection of the method was 0.02~0.05 μg/g,and the recovery was 96%~103% with relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 6%.In addition,different colors of UV ink and gravure ink samples were analyzed by the method.Results indicated that BTEX were detected in all of the ink samples,and the amounts of BTEX in UV ink were lower than gravure ink.Furthermore,the amounts of BTEX were different in different colors of ink.The largest amount of BTEX residual was found in the red ink of gravure ink,and the black ink was as the highest one in UV ink.
