摘　　要： 随着知识经济的逼近，人类的未来和社会的繁荣比以往任何时候都依赖于科学知识的创新、传播和应用．本文详尽地介绍知识经济的特征与内涵和建立知识管理体制的紧迫性． With the coming of knowledge economy,the future of human beings and prosperity of society are all more dependent on the scientific knowledge′s originality、spread and application than ever before.The article particularly describes the specificity and contents of knowledge economy,and put emphasis on the importance of knowledge management in knowledge economy.
