摘　　要： 应用微波辐射技术，用５０％ＮａＯＨ溶液对甲壳素进行脱乙酰基制备壳聚糖．实验表明：甲壳素经微波一次碱处理１５ｍｉｎ脱乙酰度达７７４％，经第２次微波碱处理脱乙酰度可达９０％以上，经３次以上微波碱处理脱乙酰度几乎接近１００％． Using microwave radiation technology,the chitosan is prepared by chitin deacetylation in about 50% sodium hydroxide solution.The experiments show that the deacetylation is 77% once in fifteen minutes.It almost reaches 100% deacetylation by three times and over.
