摘 要: 研究了在0.1mol/LHCL体系中用双波长分光光度法同时测定对乙酰氨基酚和对硝基酚的含量,对硝基酚的最大吸收为318nm,线性范围为0~30mg/L;对乙酰氨基酚的测定波长为240nm,参比波长为358nm.此法已用于合成醋氨酚生产过程中上述二组份含量的测定,回收率为92%~106%,相对误差±8%.方法快速,操作方便. In 0.1mol/L HC1 medium ,the method of simultaneous determination of p -Acetaminophenol and p -Nitrophenol has been studied by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry.The maximum absorption peak of p -Nitrophenol is 318nm.It's linear range is 0~30mg/L;the measurement wavelength of p -Acetaminophenol is 240nm.It's reference wavelength is 358nm.The method has been used in the determination of two component above in the process of synthetic p -Acetaminophenol with quick and simple.It's recovery is 92%~106%.It's relative error is ±8%.
