摘 要: 在pH580的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中,Be(Ⅱ)—铬偶氮酚KS在单扫描示波极谱仪上能产生灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,Ep为-059V(υs.SCE).峰电流与Be(Ⅱ)浓度在444×10-6~553×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系.试验表明,该极谱波为络合物吸附波. In the buffer solution of acetic acid-sodium acetate(pH5 80),the sensitive second derivative polarographic adsorptive wave of complex of beryllium and chromazol KS was observed at -0 59V( υs .SCE) by single-sweep oscillopolarography.The height of second derivative wave is linearly related to the concentration of beryllium in the range of 4 44×10 -6 -5 32×10 -5 mol/L.The mechanism of related electrode reaction has been discussed in detail.The wave was confirmed to be an adsorptive complex wave.
