摘　　要： Ｃ．ｃｙｌｉｎｄｒａｃｅａ 脂肪酶能在有机介质中催化有机硅醇与酯的转酯反应。高浓度酯和有机硅醇未有抑制酶催化转酯反应活性。在饱和水的有机溶剂中酶催化转酯反应转化率高于脱水有机溶剂中的酶催化转酯反应。 A kind of lipase from C.cylindracea was used to catalyze interesterification of trimethylsilylalcohol with fatty acid ester in organic medium.Enzyme activity was not inhibited by the high concentration of organsilicon alcohol and fatty acid ester.The conversion ratio of interesterification was higher in saturated water octane than that in removed water octane.
