摘　　要： 以我们多年来承担国家自然科学基金资助的应用基础研究工作为实例， 用理论到实践的体会来论证应用基础研究要瞄准高新技术及其产品， 跟踪世界科技发展的前沿， 以及两者紧密结合， 相互依存和推动的辨证关系。通过实行“产学研官”有机结合， 加速高新技术成果的转化， 实现一条龙的研究开发和生产。 On the basis of the experiences of engaging in the application base research of NNSF of China, we analyze that the application base research should aim at high and novel technology so that tracking front field of science and technology in world. We also discuss the dialectical relations of closely combining and mutual promoting between the application base research and high and novel technology. The high and novel technology achievement transformation may be speeded up through organic combination of production, university, institute and government, and according to the sequence of research, development and production. This is a good circulation that the developing work succeeded by application base research is included in the plan 863, tackling scientific and technological key problems, and the plan torch.
