摘 要: 简要介绍了Web 2.0的概念及基本特征,然后针对当前我国网络购物平台存在的一些问题,比如:平台界面个性化不强、互动性和即时性不是太充分、缺乏体验性和娱乐性功能环节、平台智能化比较弱,详细介绍了若干完善和创新国内网络购物平台服务功能的对策,最后提出Web 2.0环境下的网络购物平台模型,以期为我国网络购物平台的建设提供借鉴,推动我国网络购物市场的快速发展。 The paper simply introduces the concept and basic characteristics of Web 2. 0, then aimed at the existent prob- lems in the current network shopping platforms in china, for example: the platform interface' s personalization is not strong; interaction and real - time is not so full; platform' s intelligence is comparatively weak, the paper in detail, intro- duces several countermeasures for optimizing and innovating the service functions of domestic network shopping platforms. And finally it proposes the model of network shopping platform in a web 2. 0 environment, with the purpose to provide refer- ence for the construction of the network shopping platforms and promote the rapid development of network shopping market in China.
