摘　　要： "十一五"期间我国物流产业的发展在取得瞩目成就的同时也存在不少问题。基于目前中国的基本国情和产业结构调整的要求,物流产业在"十二五"规划期间,走物流产业绿色化的可持续发展道路无疑是最佳选择之一。从合作博弈的视角,绿色物流产业中第三方物流企业与物流需求企业的合作博弈可有一种共赢的创新方式;合作过程中要加强绿色物流企业"委托—代理"机制的建设,建造和完善产业价值链;政府要提供信息支持等公共服务和实行"绿色补贴"政策。 During the＂11th-Five-Year Plan＂period,China＇s logistics industry has made great achievement,but at the same time there exist many problems.Based on the current China＇s basic conditions of the country and requirements of industrial restructuring,the sustainable development is undoubtedly one of the best choices for China＇s logistics industry to go green during the ＂12th-Five-Years Plan＂period.From the view of cooperative game theory,the cooperative game between the third party logistics enterprises and the enterprises with logistics demand in the green logistics industry can seek an innovative win-win model.During the process of cooperation,the construction of ＂principal-agent＂mechanism of the green logistics enterprises should be strengthened,and the industrial value chain should be set up and improved.The government should provide public service like information support and carry out the policy of ＂green subsidy＂.
