摘　　要： 采用Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(45∶55,V/V),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长350nm,柱温25℃。结果表明:芦丁和槲皮素进样浓度分别在7.5—240.0μg/mL(r=0.9998)和5.0—160.0μg/mL(r=0.9995)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率(n=3)分别为98.78%和102.05%。该分析方法快速、准确,重现性好,可用于控制溪黄草的质量。 The amounts of rutin and quercetin were detected by HPLC on Kromasil C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid（45∶55,V/V）as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength of 350nm,and column temperature of 25 ℃.The linear ranges were 7.5—240.0μg/mL（r=0.9998） for rutin and 5.0—160.0μg/mL（r=0.9995） for quercetin.The average recoveries（n=3） for rutin and quercetin were 98.78% and 102.05%,respectively.The method is rapid,accurate with good repeatability,and can be applied to control the quality of Rabdosia lophanthoides（Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don） Hara.
