摘 要: 采用MTT法、细胞因子ELISA法来分析玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)对离体培养的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖及细胞因子分泌的影响。结果表明,不同浓度ZEN对LPS、ConA活化的脾脏T/B淋巴细胞的增殖均具有极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),且这种增殖抑制表现出剂量依赖性;低浓度ZEN(1μg/mL)能显著促进脾脏淋巴细胞分泌IL-10(P<0.05),而高浓度ZEN(10、25μg/mL)均能极显著抑制脾脏淋巴细胞分泌IL-10(P<0.01),并表现出剂量依赖性;不同浓度ZEN(1、10、25μg/mL)均能显著或极显著抑制脾脏淋巴细胞分泌IFN-γ(P<0.05或P<0.01),并表现出剂量依赖性。 The effects of ZEN on lymphocyte proliferation and cytokines production in vitro by MTT methods and cytokine ELISA methods were analyzed.The results showed that,in concentrations from 1 to 25 μg/mL,ZEN possess extremely significant inhibitory action to LPS or ConA-activated spleen lymphocytes proliferation(P〈0.01)and this kind of inhibitory action was found to be dose-dependent.Higher doses ZEN(10,25 μg/mL) possess extremely significantly inhibitory action to spleen lymphocytes in IL-10 and IFN-γ production(P〈0.01),and showed dose-dependent.
