摘 要: 用鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)感染雏鸭,在感染后的第一、二、三、四和五天分别采集对照组和攻毒组肝、肾、肌肉和脑组织,测定各组织的糖代谢酶己糖激酶(HK)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的活性。结果表明攻毒组在人工感染DHV后5 d内,肝、肾和肌肉组织的HK和MDH活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而脑组织的HK和MDH活性与对照组相比差异不显著。说明了鸭肝炎病毒对肝、肾和肌肉组织有损伤作用,影响了糖代谢酶的活性,从而导致了机体内糖代谢发生异常。 The tissue of liver,kidney,muscle and brain were collected from the ducklings of control and infected group at day 1~5 after infected with duck hepatitis virus(DHV) to detect the activity of of hexokinase(HK) and malate dehydrogenase(MDH).The results showed that the activity of HK and MDH in liver,kidney and muscle of the infected group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05);while no difference was observed in brain.It indicated that the duck hepatitis virus might injure liver,kidney and muscle,and then influenced the activity of saccharometabolism enzyme,and resulted in the abnormity of saccharometabolism.
