摘 要: 基于水厂实际生产过程,利用堵塞计测定滤层中的压力值的方法进行了水头损失的计算,建立了水厂实际生产中水头损失的模型,并利用差分进化算法对模型进行了参数辨识,从而确定了滤池总水头损失的数学模型。结果表明:模型较为准确可靠。生产过程中可根据该模型实时计算出滤池总水头损失,为水厂过滤过程的优化运行打下了良好的基础。 On the basis of the actual production process of water treatment plant,calculation of head loss of filter by measuring pressure in the filter bed was introduced.A model of head loss in actual water treatment plant production was established by means of parameter identification method based on differential evolution,and then a mathematical model of filter's total head loss was determined.Result shows that this model is accurate and reliable,the total head loss can be calculated in the production process base on this model.The model provides a good foundation for the optimal operation in water treatment plant.
