摘 要: 以硫酸为催化剂进行环氧化反应合成环氧化茶籽油.研究了反应时间、甲酸用量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素对环氧化反应的影响.通过正交试验优化反应参数,得到茶籽油环氧化的最佳反应条件:茶籽油30 g,催化剂硫酸的用量0.1 mL,反应温度60℃,甲酸用量9 mL,双氧水用量30 mL,反应时间2.5 h.在此工艺条件下制得的环氧茶籽油环氧值为4.9%,转化率为96.1%.同时通过正交试验得到反应条件对茶籽油环氧化影响顺序为:双氧水用量>反应温度≈甲酸用量>反应时间. Using sulfuric acid as catalyst,we carried out epoxidation reaction to synthesize epoxidized tea seed oil,and studied the effects of the reaction time,the formic acid amount,the hydrogen peroxide amount,the reaction temperature and the catalyst amount on the epoxidation reaction.We optimized the reaction parameters by orthogonal experiments,and the best reaction conditions were as follows: tea seed oil 30 g,catalyst amount 0.1 mL,reaction temperature 60 ℃, formic acid amount 9 mL,hydrogen peroxide amount 30 mL,and reaction time 2.5 hours.Under the best reaction conditions,the epoxy value of the epoxidized tea seed oil was 4.9%,and the conversion ratio was up to 96.1%.Based on the orthogonal experiments,the order of effects of the reaction conditions on the epoxidation was: hydrogen peroxide amount 〉 reaction temperature ≈formic acid amount 〉 reaction time.
