摘 要: 以车体轻量化优化设计为目标,建立了C80通用敞车的有限元模型,对车体在主要工况下的强度和刚度进行了计算;以此为基础,建立了车体优化模型,以整个车体的各板厚度为设计变量,以整车各单元应力、中梁和边梁位移为约束,以重量最小为目标,用可行方向法对各设计变量进行优化,实现了车辆优化设计,优化设计使车体重量减小了13.83%.本文研究表明,优化设计是车辆轻量化的有效方法. To perform a optimization design for a raiload vagon called as C80,its finite element model is established,and static finite element analysis is carried out for evaluating its intensity and stiffness.Considering the factors of plate thicknesses,intensity constrain of maximum element stress,stiffness constrain of displacements on middle beam and side beams and the total weight of the raiload vagon,a optimization model is formulated to optimize the design variables using feasible direction method,and a optimization design of the raiload vagon is achieved.The results show that a weight reduction of 13.83% is achieved,and the optimized stress distribution is more uniform than the initial distribution.
