摘　　要： 随着时代的变迁,思想和观念急剧变化的"Y世代"已成为在校大学生的主体。他们具有自我意识和民主意识强、行为拟成人化、抗挫折能力弱、心理问题多等特点。因此转换观念、开拓思路、顺应时代特征,加强对"Y世代"大学生的管理工作显得尤为紧要。本文以发展的理念分析学生管理工作的特点,提出了管理工作的新思路。 As time changes,most of the undergraduate students are part of generation Y.The thinking and concept of the young students have changed radically.This young generation has the characteristics of highly self-consciousness,democracy consciousness,adult behavior,weak anti-frustration ability,and more psycho-problems.Therefore,it is important to enhance the students＇ management through changing concept and expanding thinking.The aim of this article is to analyze the feature of students＇ management with developed thought,and to raise new measures of students＇ management.
