大宗淡水鱼类病害防控技术现状及前景展望

摘  要: 大宗淡水鱼类(青、草、鲢、鳙、鲤、鲫、鲂)是我国水产养殖的主体,在我国渔业中占有重要地位。但随着高密度、集约化养殖模式的发展,其病害问题日益严重,呈现出疾病种类多、发病面积广、延续时间长、死亡率高、控制难度大等特点,每年经济损失高达40亿元,约占鱼类病害损失的70%。经过半个多世纪的发展,我国大宗淡水鱼类病害防控技术取得了一定的进展,但病害防控技术特别是重大疫病防控技术仍不能完全满足产业发展的需要,病害问题仍是阻碍我国大宗淡水鱼类产业发展的瓶颈之一。论文回顾了我国大宗淡水鱼类病害防控技术的发展历程,从病害诊断与检测技术、药物防控技术、免疫防控技术、生态防控技术以及综合防控技术等方面阐述了我国大宗淡水鱼类病害防控技术发展现状,分析了病害防控技术存在的主要问题,提出了我国大宗淡水鱼类病害防控技术的战略构想。 Staple freshwater fishes are the main part of aquaculture in China and play an important role in our fisheries.With the development of high-density and intensive farming system,their disease becomes more and more serious.It was characterized by more kinds of diseases,broad areas of disease outbreak,a longer time lasting,a high mortality and high difficulty in controlling.The economic loss caused by disease was 4 billion Yuan yearly,amounting to 70% of the total loss of fish disease.Through being developed for nearly half a century,the technology of disease control and prevention in staple freshwater fishes had made some progress.But that can not satisfy practical requirement of aquaculture industrial development,especially for serious diseases.Disease is still one of the obstacles for industrial development of staple freshwater fishes.This paper reviewed the development course of disease control and prevention technology in staple freshwater fishes,and illustrated current status of disease control and prevention technology from several aspects such as detection and diagnosis techniques of disease,drug therapy technology,immunity prevention techniques,ecological prevention disease techniques and comprehensive prevention disease technology.In this paper,main problems existing were analyzed and strategic visions were also proposed about disease control technology in staple freshwater fishes.
