摘 要: [目的]为临床上三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸伤害的预防和治疗提供科学依据。[方法]使用三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸共同对雌性SD大鼠进行亚急性经口染毒试验,研究三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸联合作用下经口28 d染毒对雌性SD大鼠体重与肾脏的影响。[结果]三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合染毒会造成雌性SD大鼠体重增加受到抑制,肝、脾、肺、肾及膀胱脏器系数改变,肾脏发生结晶现象,部分肾小管与肾小球结构破坏。[结论]三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸联合经口28 d染毒可引起雌性SD大鼠体重增长的抑制与肾脏的结晶。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of damages caused by melamine and cyanuric acid.[Method] Melamine and cyanuric acid were used together in the sub-acute oral toxicity test of rats to study the effects of joint toxicity of melamine and cyanuric acid after oral administration 28 days on the body weight and kidney of female SD rats.[Result] The body weight increase of female SD rats was inhibited by the joint toxicity of melamine and cyanuric acid.The organ coefficients of liver,spleen,lung,kidneys and bladder changed.The crystal formation was found in the kidney.The structure of some renal tubules and renal glomeruli were destroyed.[Conclusion] The increase inhibition of the body weight and the crystal formation in the kidney of female SD rats can be caused by joint toxicity of melamine and cyanuric acid by oral administration.
