摘　　要： 调查了广东省和福建省３ 个市的６ 个鸡场库蠓（ Ｃｕｌｉｃｏｉｄｓ） 的种类、库蠓活动的季节动态及荒川库蠓（ Ｃ．ａｒａｋａｗ ａｉ） 的夜间活动规律。共采集了２５７４ 只库蠓，经鉴定共有６ 个种，即荒川库蠓、尖喙库蠓（ Ｃ．ｓｃｈｕｌｔｚｅｉ） 、奄美库蠓（ Ｃ．ａｍ ａｍｉｅｎｓｉｓ） 、大熊库蠓（ Ｃ．ｏｋｕｍｅｎｓｉｓ） 、端斑库蠓（ Ｃ．ｅｒａｉｒａｉ） 和有须库蠓（ Ｃ．ｐａｌｐｉｆｅｒ） 。其中荒川库蠓和尖喙库蠓为所调查鸡场的优势蠓种，分别占总数的５３ ．７０ ％ 和４５ ．９２ ％ 。３ ～１１ 月是荒川库蠓和尖喙库蠓的活动季节，它们的活动高峰期分别是３ ～６ 月和７ ～９ 月。荒川库蠓７ 月份整夜都活动，并在１９∶００ ～２１∶００ 和０３∶００ ～０５∶００ 呈现２ 个活动高峰。 The species and the seasonal activity regulation of culicoides and the night activity law of C.arakawae were investigated and 2574 midges caught from six chicken farms of Guangdong and Fujian provinces were identified as six species of midges including Culicoides arakawae, C.schultzei, C.amamiensis, C.okumensis, C.erairai and C.palpifer, of which C.arakawai and C.schultzei were dominant species, being 53.70 per cent and 45.92 per cent respectively. C.arakawae and C.schultzei emerged from March to November, but the two species were the most common on chicken farms from March to June and July to September respectively. C.arakawae was active throughout the night with two peaks (19∶00～21∶00 and 03∶00～05∶00) of activity in July. Key word Culicoides Species Activity Lawine method and analyzed by SDS PAGE. 4 different OMP patterns were identified with these isolates. Isolates with OMP 1 to 3 pattern were discovered in both serogroups. These results indicated that the OMP patterns of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli isolates of O 18 , O 78 serogroups which were isolated from different regions in China were heterogeneous. Moreover, the OMP pattern 1 to 3 were presented in isolates of these O serogroups.
