摘 要: 以Fe_3O_4为磁性材料、明胶或可溶性淀粉为骨架材料,甲醛或环氧氯丙烷及Na_3P_3O_9作交联剂,制得了磁性明胶微球和磁性淀粉微球,分别以它们为载体对亚甲基蓝、铜氨络离子、甲基橙、血卟啉、四苯基卟啉、胆绿素和胆红素等进行非生理条件下的载药特性研究。 A magnetic gelatin microsphere and a magnetic starch microsphere were prepared using Fe3O4 as magnetic material, gelatin or soluble starch as skeleton material and formaldehyde or epichlorohydrin and Na3P3O9 as crosslinking agents. Their drug-carryed features were studied using these microspheres as carrier formethylene blue,tetrammine copper(Ⅱ) ions,methyl orange,hematoporphyrin.tetraphenyl porphyrin,biliverdinand bilirubin in non-physiological condition.
