摘　　要： 有种乐观的观点认为,我国的环境质量已经出现拐点。我们利用跨国截面数据考察环境库兹涅茨曲线,结论显示,我国的人均国民收入与环境拐点还相距甚远,据此我们主张慎言环境拐点。基于跨国截面数据,我们还探讨了经济发展、技术进步、民主水平提高、产业结构升级、政府财政收入这些因素对环境质量的影响。 A kind of optimistic view thinks that China＇s environmental quality has reached a turning point.We use cross-country data to examine the environmental Kuznets curve.The conclusion is that China＇s per capita income is still far from the environment turning point.Accordingly,we advocate cautiously that don＇t say environment turning point has appeared.Basing on cross-country data,we also discuss the impacts of economic development,technological progress,the level of democracy,industrial structure upgrading and government finance revenue on environmental quality.
