摘　　要： 承接之前的研究思路,将企业的研发活动划分为中间产出过程和最终产出过程。为了更准确地分析这"两个过程"中的效率,尝试建立了一个分析工具:中间—最终产出效率矩阵。环境对研发效率具有重要影响。在研究环境变量的影响时提出了一个新的视角:关注环境中非正式的、非制度化的"隐性因素"。在对广东省大中型工业企业研发效率的研究过程中,对上述想法进行了探索和实证。 According to authors＂ previous idea, this paper suggests that R＆D activities consist of two parts： intermediate outputs process and uhimate outputs process. To accurately analyze the respective efficiency of two parties, we manage to build a new measurement tool： intermediate-ultimate outputs efficiency matrix. This matrix can not only pos of ition enterprise＇s R＆D efficiency more accurately but also indicate future improving orientation. Environment is one important factors impacting R＆D activities. This paper focuses on informal and non-institutionalized factors in environment ＂implicit factors＂, which we think is a new perspective. Then, these ideas are all applied to empirical study of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Guangdong province
