摘 要: 采用有限元模拟分析了壳体三套成形方案的可行性。结果表明:三套方案均能实现壳体零件无缺陷成形,三个方案凸模最高承受载荷分别为,82.4、121和84.8kN。确定材料利用率为95%和模承受载荷为82.4kN的薄壁管缩口成形工艺为最优方案,并设计模具进行了试验验证。 The feasibility of three forming processes for aluminum alloy shell was simulated using FEM. The results show that all the three processes can manufacture the shells without any forming defect, the maximum loads of three top dies under the three forming processes are 82.4 kN, 121 kN and 84.8 kN, respectively. The most optimized forming process is the shrink of thin pipe, the ratio of material utilization is 95%, and the load of the top is 82.4 kN.
