摘　　要： 选言推理的否定肯定式是一种必然性推理形式,它在实践中得到广泛的应用。由于该推理形式能够起到缩小范围,明确目标的作用,因此在公安侦查中往往也要使用这种推理形式来确定案情、锁定犯罪嫌疑人等等。但这种推理形式在使用时也存在需要注意的问题,即选言支必须穷尽以及对其他选言支的否定必须彻底。只要运用得当,这种推理必定能为公安侦查提供思路上的帮助。 Choosing to talk is inferential of the negative affirmation type is a kind of inevitability reason logically a form,it gets an extensive application in the fulfillment.But this kind of reasons logically the form also exists to need an advertent problem while using,then choosing speech to pay has to exhaust and as to it＇s he chooses to talk the negation for paying have to thoroughly.
