摘　　要： 对高校政治辅导员的角色定位与工作方法当前研究较多,基于学生管理工作的实际经验和实践,应重新思考辅导员的工作方式,从良知与修身的角度全新诠释辅导员的工作策略与方法。 There are many researches on the role location and work methods of university political supervisors.Based on the practical experience in student management work,the author reflects again upon the work mode of supervisors and gives a brand-new explanation of supervisors＇ working strategies from such two aspects as conscience and self-discipline.
