摘 要: MZ-WS1井主要承担子-米气田产建配套生产及生活污水回注任务。2007年4月投运以来,随着累计回注量的增大,地层吸水能力下降,回注泵压也逐渐增高,只能采取间歇回注的工作制度,不能满足气田污水连续回注的需要。通过分析回注地层伤害机理及各种解堵增注措施,结合MZ-WS1污水回注井运行动态分析,对回注井进行工艺改造,从而提高该井回注量,确保子米气田连续稳定生产。 MZ-WS1 well mainly responsible for injection task of zi-mi Gas field.Since April 2007,with the total Injection amount increased and the formation water ability declined,the pump pressure also gradually increased,by which the well only take a intermittent injection work system, and cannot satisfy the field for the need of continued injection.Through the analysis of the mechanism of formation damage and all kinds of solutions,combined with dynamic date,we take a repair to the well,then to improve the injection ability of well,and ensure the zi-mi Gas field for a stable gas production.
