摘 要: 进行5种不同的灌溉水分处理,旨在探究不同灌溉量对梨枣树花期叶片光合作用、蒸腾作用和水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,梨枣树叶片净光合速率日变化曲线呈双峰曲线,最高值出现在08:00,早晨梨枣树的光合作用较下午强。梨枣叶片的净光合速率日变化和气孔导度的日变化具有很好的协同性,气孔导度是影响梨枣叶片光合速率的一个重要因素。梨枣树花期叶片蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈现左右对称的单峰或双峰。各灌水处理中,灌溉量为田间持水率的45%处理的净光合效率和水分利用效率较其他处理高,是适宜陕北地区梨枣树花期叶片进行光合作用的水分管理措施。 Treat pear-jujube trees on 4 different irrigation water treatments in florescence to explore the effects of photosynthesis,transpiration and water use efficiency in pear-jujube tree.The results showed that Daily change process of net photosynthetic rate in pear-jujube has two peaks.The maximum value of net photosynthetic rate in pear-jujube appeared at 08:00.The photosynthetic capacity of pear-jujube tree in the morning is stronger than it in the afternoon.Between Daily change process of net photosynthetic rate and Daily change process of stomatal conductance in pear-jujube leaves exists coordination.The stomatal conductance is one of the important factors which affects net photosynthetic rate in pear-jujube.Daily change process of transpiration rate of pear-jujube leaves is symmetrical,which has single or double peaks.The water use efficiency of pear-jujube is higher in morning and afternoon than the other time.Water use efficiency of pear-jujube achieves its minimum value at 12:00.The test of irrigation capacity of processing 45% of field capacity which photosynthetic efficiency and water use efficiency is higher than other treatments.It is the appropriate water management measures for pear-jujube leaf photosynthesis in florescence in Northern.
