摘 要: 以陇东野生紫花苜蓿种子为材料,采用机械法、98%浓硫酸处理法和不同浓度NAA引发处理法研究打破陇东野生紫花苜蓿种子硬实的效果。结果表明:用标准发芽法测定的发芽率仅为37%,各处理对破除种子硬实、提高发芽率的效果差异显著(P<0.05),其中划破种皮处理效果最佳,发芽率达到92%,其次是98%浓硫酸浸种30 min,发芽率达77%,NAA浓度为1.0 mg/L引发处理发芽率为63%,砂纸磨擦的发芽率为61%。 Seeds of wild Longdong alfalfa(Medicago sativa)were treated with three methods(mechanic treatment,98% H2SO4 soaking treatment and hormone treatment)to find out the best method for breaking hard seed.The result indicated that the seed germination rate with routine method was only 37%.All three treatments significantly increased the germination rate.The mechanic treatment was the best and the germination rate was increased up to 92%.It was followed by 98% H2SO4 soaking treatment and the germination rate was 77%.
