摘　　要： 宜人的气候条件是建设休闲旅游地的重要前提。温湿指数、风寒指数和着衣指数是评价气候舒适度的三个重要指标,文章为之设计了测算模型,并利用近三年气候统计数据的平均值测算出遵义等五个红色旅游城市的三类指数值。通过比较分析得出遵义市的温湿指数、风寒指数和着衣指数等级较之于其它四个红色旅游城市具有明显优势,适游期长,具备了建设红色休闲之都的气候条件。 The precondition of a place to develop the tourism and leisure destination should according to its pleasant climate.THI,WCI and ICL is the main indicator for the evaluation on tourism climate comfort.The thesis designed the calculate models firstly,and then calculate the index of the five red tourism cities based on their the climate data of last three years.The comparative analysis result showed that Zunyi possess an apparent advantage over the other four cities in THI、WCI and ICL.Its climate is appropriate for developing the the red tourism and leisure destination.
