摘 要: 功率放大器输出功率在传输过程中的损耗是电路设计的重要参数。为了提高功率损耗,以及引起的温度特性的测量精度,详细分析了微带线的特性阻抗和传输特性,在此基础上提出一种新的测量方法。该方法采用了温度图像对三种不同宽度的微带线的电磁能量损耗和温度的测量。实验结果表明,这种方法为射频与微波电路的功率损耗和温度测量提供方便,同时为功率放大器设计匹配电路提供很好的依据。 Output power loss from power amplifier during transmission is an significantly important parameters for circuit design.To improve measurement accuracy in terms of characteristics of the power loss and temperature,a detailed analysis into the characteristic impedance and transmission characteristics of the microstrip line will be introduced,and on this basis,a new measurement method will be proposed.The method uses temperature images to measure the electromagnetic energy loss and temperature for three different widths of the microstrip line.This method provides convenience for power loss and temperature measurements in RF and microwave circuit,and give a good reference for designing matching circuit of power amplifier.
