摘 要: 《微生物学》是食品科学类专业重要的专业基础课,课程组结合学校粮油食品学科传统特色专业,对食品微生物学教学内容、多媒体课件运用及实验教学等进行了改革。结果显示,改革后的课程教学组织方式有利于加强学生对理论知识的理解和应用,有利于提高学生的动手能力、创新能力和科学思维能力。 Food microbiology is an important basic course for undergraduates majored in food science and engineering.Considered the traditional predominance of foodstuff and oil profession in our college,some course reforms of food microbiology in teaching contents,appropriate use of media courseware and experiment practice were made.The results showed that the reformed lecture organization mode had an advantage for undergraduate to understand and apply microbiology knowledge,and to improve the experience,innovation and science research ability.
