摘 要: 对当前河北省高校英语教师自主发展现状的调查与分析表明,尽管英语教师们认识到自我学习、自主发展的必要性,但仍存在缺乏自身专业发展规划,忽视自我学习的价值和教师团体合作的力量,缺乏自我反思、科学研究素养等问题。教师应注重对自身专业发展规划的重构,加强自主性与社会化并重的教师专业学习,实现从技术型到反思型的转化,同时学校应注重对教师科研素质的培养并创设相应的条件。 This study explores the college English teachers autonomous development through a questionnaire over the universities in Hebei province.Result shows that teachers are aware of the significance of self-learning and autonomous development,but problems are found including lack of planning,failure to recognize the value of self-learning and teacher cooperation,self-reflection and research capability.The implications and suggestions are discussed.
