摘 要: 大学生村官具有明显的非典型雇用关系特征,由此产生了大学生村官的尴尬身份和角色的边缘化、大学生村官的期望与现实之间存在反差、大学生村官制度设计缺陷等多重困境。走出大学生村官制度困境的根本途径是变非典型雇用关系为典型雇用关系,使雇用双方的主体地位明确,责任主体关系清晰,雇用关系稳定,并从长计议合理设计相关的制度安排,进而实现大学生村官制度本身应有之意义。 Village officials of university graduates possess the striking character of non-standard employment and tberefore, result in various dilemmas including their awkward status and marginal role, gap between their expectations and reality, defective system design, etc. The fundamental way to step out of the dilemma is to change the non-standard employment to the standard one so as to achieve a definite priority status, clear accountable subject and a stable relationship between the employer and the employed. Moreover, corresponding systematic arrangement should be designed to carry out the significance of the system itself.
