摘 要: 】为了保证廓形精度和节省贵重材料,研制了用于钣材切割的机器人系统。机器人操作机为具有4个自由度的SCARA型操作机。控制器的开放特性使其易于进一步扩充,友好的用户界面更便于操作。机器人已被成功用于轻工机械设备制造厂中。 A robotic system for metal sheet cutting was developed in order to guarantee contour accuracy and save valuable materials. The robot manipulator is SCARA type manipulator with four degrees of freedom. The open feature of the controller is easier for further development and the friendly user interface is convenient to operate. The Robot is successfully used in a workshop of light industrial mechanical equipment manufacture factory.
