摘　　要： 对于过程工业提出现代集成过程系统，并针对国内外研究应用现状，对现代集成过程系统中工程技术集成的若干关键技术：计算机辅助实时监控、实时故障检测及故障诊断、系统建模仿真技术、产品数据交换标准的研究进行了介绍。 The basic concept of Contemporary Integrated Process System(CIPS),with the stateoftheart of key techniques in CIPS,is reviewed comprehensively in the light of following topics:computer aided online process monitoring and diagnosis,process modeling and simulation,STEP(Standards for Exchange of Product model data).
