摘　　要： 在设计无源滤波器时，需计算并校验ＰＣＣ（电网公共点）谐波电流和谐波电压畸变率是否满足谐波标准。本文提出了一种考虑电网背景谐波影响的计算ＰＣＣ谐波电流、电压畸变率的新方法。 It is needed to calculate the distortions of harmonic current and voltage on PCC which conform or not to the harmonic standards, when designing resonant harmonic filters. This paper presents a new calculating method of the distortions of harmonic current and voltage on PCC considering background harmonics. The effects of background harmonics on filter's performance are discussed.
