柔性铺粉金属零件直接快速制造研究

摘  要: 为克服传统基于刚性铺粉机制的选区激光熔化快速制造系统在铺粉过程发生的碰辊问题,对柔性铺粉机制的直接快速制造展开了研究,提出了柔性铺粉机构的设计要点,结合不锈钢零件成型实验,分析了基于柔性铺粉机制的金属零件选区激光熔化成型效果。结果表明,柔性铺粉机制可以解决成型过程的碰辊现象,提高成型过程的稳定性;铺粉过程易因铺粉齿痕造成成型表面呈波纹状起伏,保证最后几排齿的加工质量对弱化铺粉齿痕至关重要;采用柔性铺粉机制可直接成型具有完全冶金结合组织的高致密金属零件,相对密度达99.2%,x-y向尺寸精度达±0.1 mm,z向尺寸精度达±0.2 mm。 In order to overcome roller collision phenomenon in direct rapid manufacturing of metal part by Selective Laser Melting(SLM) based on traditional rigid powder spreading mechanism,it is necessary to develop a new powder spreading mechanism.The SLM technology based on flexible powder spreading mechanism was studied in this paper.Working principle and characteristic of flexible powder spreading mechanism were analyzed firstly,then key designs of flexible powder spreading device were proposed.Finally,the effect of flexible powder spreading mechanism was analyzed according to a stainless steel SLM part building experiment.The results show that flexible powder spreading mechanism can avoid roller collision problem and make SLM process more stable.Wave shaped surface easily occurs during SLM processing because of the teeth marks on new powder layer which happen when flexible powder spreading device spreads a new powder layer and it is important for weakening the teeth marks on new powder layer to ensure processing quality of the last few rows of flexible powder spreading teethes.Through flexible powder spreading mechanism,metal part with high relative density can be made,and the metal part made in this study is a metallurgical bonded entity with relative density of 99.2%,dimensional accuracy in x-y direction of ± 0.1 mm,in z direction of ± 0.2 mm.
