摘　　要： 实验技能是化学专业学生不容忽视的能力,实验是培养和发展学生思维能力和创新能力的重要方法和手段。实验室是培养学生创新能力、也是教师完成科研的基地,因此,对实验室进行规范的管理,为实验进行提供良好环境,是一项重要的工作。探索实验室消防、大型仪器、开放实验室等各方面的管理措施,为高校实验室管理提供参考意见。 Experimental technique is the chemical ability of students,it can not be ignored.Experiment is the important ways and means to train and develop the student＇s thinking and innovative ability.Laboratory is to develop students ability to innovate,but also teachers to complete the research base,therefore,to regulate the management of laboratory for the experiment to provide a good environment is an important task.Explored management measures for fire control,large laboratory instruments,open laboratory etc.,to provide reference advice for university laboratory management.
