摘　　要： 提出利用金融创新促进广东海洋高新技术产业发展的研究构想,并就研究意义与国内外研究现状进行分析与述评;接着就研究的基本思路、主要观点、目标以及拟解决的关键问题、拟采取的研究方案进行概述;最后就研究的预期指标及社会经济效益、主要创新之处进行介绍。 This paper proposes the concept of research on promoting Guangdong marine high-tech industry development by the use of financial innovation,and analyzes and commented the study meaning and foreign and domestic research present;followed by the basic idea,the main viewpoints,goals,key issues of the study and research programs are taken to an overview;finally the study of the expected targets and socio-economic benefits,the main innovations are introduced.
