摘 要: 以切除能力和试件硬度下降为评价指标,用磨削试验法对常用的氯系列、磷系列和有机金属系列极压添加剂的效果进行了试验研究。提出了一种湿式磨削环境下工件表层的微观结构模型,可用来说明切削液的边界润滑效应。在此基础上研制出的 Y Q 系列油基切削液产品经生产试验证实效果十分明显。 The performance of extreme pressure additives, including Chlorinated Paraffin, Acid phosphate, and ZnDDP, was evaluated with the index of removal ability and specimen hardness drop by the use of grinding test method. A new micro structure model of material surface layer under wet grinding conditions was proposed, which can be used for explaining the boundary lubrication mechanism of cutting fluids. A YQ series of oil based cutting fluids were developed, and testified being in good quality at several machine building factories.
