摘　　要： 2010年上海世博会马来西亚馆的屋盖造型新颖独特,其结构设计的关键问题在于如何进行结构选型及如何保证屋面结构面内刚度。借鉴传统马来西亚建筑结构形式,对三种结构方案进行分析比较,选择了传力路径明确且便于施工的结构方案;提出在屋面薄钢板屈曲后,以不考虑塑性板带刚度的方式来近似量化屋面板蒙皮效应,通过折减屋面钢板平面刚度使蒙皮效应直接在整体计算模型中体现;最后介绍了为适应屋盖造型和保证屋面刚度,工程主要节点的构造分析与处理等。结构选型的思路及量化薄板蒙皮效应的方法可供类似结构分析时参考。 The novel and unique roof is used in Malaysia Pavilion of Expo 2010 Shanghai.Its structural selection and how to guarantee the planar stiffness of roof are key problems in structure design.The structure scheme,which has clear path for force transfer and easy construction,is chosen based on borrowing from traditional Malaysia buildings and the analysis of three structure schemes.A method that could approximately quantify stressed-skin effect of roof without considering the plastic plate＇s stiffness after plate buckling was put forward,and through reducing the planar stiffness of roof,stressed-skin effect is directly embodied in the whole computational model.In order to adapt to roof shape and guarantee the planar stiffness of roof,analysis and processing for structural requirements of main joints were introduced.The idea for structural selection and method for quantifying stressed-skin effect of thin-plate can be referenced in similar construction＇s analysis.
