摘 要: 本文通过研究固相无压烧结的方法制备碳化硅陶瓷,得出实验结论为:2130℃烧结时,样品的综合力学性能最好,相对密度大于97%,抗弯强度为406.5MPa,硬度为2472HV。 This article discussed solid--phase pressureless sintering of silicon carbide ceramics. The mechanical properties of sample were great excellent at 2130℃. For example relative density was greater than 97 %, flexure strength was 406. 5Mpa, hardness was 2472HV.
